Nightscape photographer & visual artist, focused on the idea that even the most common landmarks take on an entirely different life in the middle of the night, away from the tourists and buzz of everyday living.
I am fascinated by light - and the effect of light spread over time in long exposures, visualizing and capturing scenes that are impossible to see with the naked eye. I try to place myself into situations where people don't usually find themselves and allow the inspiration to come to me. Everything from the eerie silence of an otherwise busy street to way that the moon shines through a cluster of trees or the way a spotlight slices through a night fog can be deeply inspirational.
